Tabata (8 rounds):
20 seconds of push presses (started with 75#, took it down to 65# after two rounds)
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of jump-lunges
10 seconds of rest
Averaged 8 reps on the push presses and 15 on the jumping lunges - just GASPING the whole time!
Loads and loads of walking at work today and I’ve got a two-mile run slated for after work.
