- breakfast: eggs with peppers and bacon
- “lunch” on the lake with friends: corn tortillas with guacamole and salsa, carrots with hummus, some potato chips
- dinner: sautéed chicken, shrimp, scallops, squash, and peppers with queso fresco over seasoned rice
