Yesterday’s food -

  • breakfast: eggs with peppers and bacon
  • “lunch” on the lake with friends: corn tortillas with guacamole and salsa, carrots with hummus, some potato chips
  • dinner: sautéed chicken, shrimp, scallops, squash, and peppers with queso fresco over seasoned rice
