Yesterday’s food -

  • breakfast: eggs with peppers, bacon, coffee
  • (small) lunch: cheeseburger without the bun
  • snack: small protein shake
  • dinner: baked chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions
  • dessert: a pile of dark chocolate (yum!)
