Went and shot a few arrows with some mutually bow-owning friends last night. My aim isn’t anything to write home about but I was delighted to find that I was able to pull back my friend’s 65-pound draw-weight bow with no problem! (Mine is set somewhere around 50 pounds.)

Yesterday’s food -

  • breakfast: eggs with peppers, bacon, sliced, seasoned tomatoes, coffee, a little leftover baked chicken
  • lunch: tuna salad (canned tuna, olive oil, a little mayo, Dijon mustard, pickles, chopped celery)
  • dinner: slices of pork roast, a pork chop, a couple of pork/chicken/turkey hotdogs and grilled peppers, zucchini, and squash
  • dessert: ice cream!
