Another rest day is probably in order

Elbow is feeling much better but I’ll probably give it another day off. For added fun, I managed to pick up some poison ivy at some point last week, as evidenced by the itchy rashes I’m sporting on a few spots on my legs and arms. LOL, this week needs to go away.

Yesterday’s food -

  • breakfast: big protein shake with water/milk/whey
  • snack: cucumber salad with olives, feta cheese, olive oil
  • lunch: big salad with mixed veggies, cheese, cold cuts, and a little bit of store-bought dressing
  • snacks: banana, small protein shake
  • late dinner: burgers made out of 2 parts extra lean ground beef and 1 part pork sausage, topped with half an avocado plus a big side of green beans
