Yesterday’s food -

  • breakfast: egg and egg white scramble with lean ground turkey, sauteed green peppers, onions, tomatoes + coffee
  • lunch: salad with tons of cold cuts (ham, turkey, salami), onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, bacon, and oil and vinegar dressing
  • snack: tuna salad with diced celery, pickles, and mustard
  • dinner: salad with chicken, olives, onions, salsa, guacamole, and cheese
